Original to cover already posted, from a comic, loose ends, jason latour, rico renzi, blah, blah, blah. Sometimes I want to be a painter, or work at a video store, and i feel like that came out here- it got sloppy ink-wise, and john hughes-y cheese-wise. There is a small trick I've been trying to crack for awhile that came out too, especially in the original, your eye goes right to Cheri's face. the contrast between tightly rendered stuff and brushiness, it paid off here; or, i guess, thats up to you. happy friday, fellow drawers
awesome dry brush technique. just picked it up myself awesome results though. you are awesome, man!
Your'e the man Chris! When I grow up I wanna draw as well as you. You make that shit look so damn easy.
Instant fav! I'm loving the brush work. Great composition too.
thanks sir, geez, i am having a a good time with the brush lately, but that might be a fallback position after seeing you own it with a BIC. hey, you weren't at Sketch Charlotte, i'm calling you out.
Wow - gorgeous work! Especially love how you did the wood, grass, and sky. The brush work came out looking fantastic!
thankya captain! im noticing the texture on mundane stuff pay off in weird ways. there was a pretty lady i drew, but somehow it was drawing the hell out of the chair she was on that made it work. i dunno.
