old concept art from Upper Deck, dug it up the other day cause i'm drawing Miami for Loose Ends, wanted to see how i did a bright clean city before (got away with using just pencil!). the idea for the concept originally was a city that had lots of right angles (shapes like prison bars), mirrored surfaces, and screens- an unsettling place to walk around in. other shot of it here: [link]
